AU dogs socialize with pack members while exploring new smells, locations, and hiking challenges. They learn commands and training skills in highly stimulating environments, and every adventure ends with food enrichment.

Pick up will be between 8am-12pm. Drop off between 2-6pm. Times vary based on home and adventure location. AU will be communicate via text message specific pick up and drop off times on the day of the adventure. You do not need to be home at pick up or drop off.

The human pack leader will usually put in 4-7 miles. However the dogs will choose how adventurous they want to be. Some stick close by, but others can do 12+ miles. At the end of each day you’ll receive a summary of the day’s activities including photos and videos, tracking collar mileage, and map image of your dog’s route.

AU will recall train your dog as part of the membership! Until dogs recall consistently, they will not be let off-leash. We will also work on general obedience skills like leash training for safety measures, sits and stays, and leave it's.

AU is currently servicing Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Hansville, Port Gamble, Port Lundlow, Silverdale, Bremerton, and surrounding North Kitsap communities.
AU prioritizes fast pick up and drop off to ensure that the dogs are on the trail for a majority of their time with us. We will be servicing specific locations on specific days. However, if you are outside of the area, please feel free to reach out. Enough interest will help us choose new locations in the future.

Pack dogs are required to commit to a minimum of 1 day a week. This helps maintain pack dynamics as well as reinforce training skills they need to be successful.

Yes, to help solidify pack dynamics and help ensure the safety of the dogs. AU does require that you have a set day/s each week.

Pricing is normally $100 per dog, but AU is offering an introductory $75 rate. This includes, but not limited to: pick up and drop off from your home, off-leash adventure time, towel offs, training treats, and a food enrichment for the ride home.

Pricing is membership based. You’ll be invoiced on the 1st for all walks scheduled throughout the duration of the month.

Yes! Your first dog is $100 (current intro pricing $75) + $75 for each additional dog.

No! AU will follow any instructions provided by the owner to pick up and drop off your dog safely while you’re away. Ensuring that your dog can experience the fun without any inconvenience to you!

AU requires each dog come with a collar or harness with tag. As well as up to date on Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Bordatella, and a flea and tick preventative. AU dogs are also required to be altered. We also highly encourage you to have your dog microchipped and check that it has up to date contact information.

Nothing is ever completely safe. However, we do mitigate as much risk as possible by temperament testing dogs, continuously observing pack dynamics, crating dogs while they are in the transport van, continuously practicing recall and other behavioral skills, and monitoring dogs movements and locations via tracking collars.

Yes, I am insured as a dog walker through… and the transport van has full commercial auto insurance.

AU requires all dogs to be altered as well as a minimum of a year old to ensure growth plate closure.

AU will adventure in any weather as long as it’s safe! Many of our adventure locations require off-road driving and need to ensure passability and safety for everyone. In the event we cannot go, you’ll either be offered a reschedule day or a refund.

AU understands that things happen, you’ll receive 4 free cancelations a year.

Unfortunately at this time, AU cannot accommodate private hikes. This is something AU will consider adding in the future.
